Since December 2007, I have been falling head over heels with JPOP. This music genre amazes me even though I don’t fully understand Japanese. A lot of songs I’ve been listening to are so much better than what I’ve been here in the states. I apologize to all of you who don’t agree with me, but it’s just how I feel right now.
So exactly who’s been making me feel the way I do now? It’s none other Japan’s Perfume!
A~chan, Kashiyuka, and Nocchi are Perfume and they’re just the cutest performers I have ever seen in my life. Almost everything they do is cute. I’m not sure how any one can resist them.
They haven’t always been popular, in fact, they didn’t break into the top 10 charts until late last year with their single Polyrhythm. Afterwards, they continued to rise in their popularity with every singles since then. Those singles were Baby Cruising Love, Secret Secret, and Love the World.
Their latest album Game is now one of the best sellers in Japan with the following songs:
