Check Out These Street Fighter Figures Of Chun-Li And Cammy

It’s Chun-Li vs. Cammy from Street Fighter! The figures of the ladies from Street Fighter looks really sweet, especially Chun-Li. What’s even better is Chun-Li doesn’t have cankles. Yay!

Masanori Tanaka created the Chun-Li figure while HogaLee created the Cammy figure. Not sure about you guys, but it sure looks like Chun-Li is about to take out Cammy. Now if only there would be a hot girl cosplaying as Chun-Li in that costume.

FUNimation Works With Namco Cybertainment To Bring Z Fighters To Nearest Game Centers July 17th, 2009

FUNimation Works With Namco Cybertainment To Bring Z Fighters To Nearest Game Centers

Have you ever gone into your local arcade, store, or restaurant and seen those crane games where you have to maneuver a claw to grab a prize? Don’t you wish those crane games offer better prizes instead of some random stuff animal or video games no one cares about anymore?

Well even if you’re not, FUNimation, Toei Animation, Ltd., and Namco Cybertainment Inc., one of the largest amusement game operators in the U.S. and Caribbean, are bringing the Z-fighters to more than 780 amusement centers around the country.

How do you win a Z-fighter of your choice? Here’s what FUNimation cites in the company’s announcement:

The Dragon Ball Z figure crane game will offer an entirely new experience for those who are familiar with the old crane concept. Instead of directing a crane claw to a random and, hopefully, substantial grip on a desired prize, crane players are able to utilize their skills to line up the claw fingers with one or more of the eight holes in the custom figure packaging for a precise hook on their favorite Dragon Ball Z figures. These collector edition figure prizes are designed and manufactured by Banpresto Co., Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan and cannot be found in retail stores.

Since Banpresto is the company who designed and manufactured the prizes, they may be easier to obtain than to try your luck with the crane game. That’s probably good news to your ears, however, there’s bad new too. You’ll probably have to import them from Japan if you have no luck with the crane game. Or you could just hire someone to win them for you.

If you would like to find a place near you that has this crane game, visit this site for the list.

If you can’t make it to Odaiba, Japan to see the full-scale Gundam, then why not just go see it in the PlayStation Home? The full-scale Gundam will be on display in Sony’s PlayStation Home until July 23rd. Not a lot of time since the actual statue won’t go down until next month.

It’s likely you’ll need a Japanese PSN account to see the stunning replica virtually.
