Gundam MS Movie Files Get DVD/UMD Release

Gundam MS Movie Files Get DVD/UMD Release

If you’re a Gundam fan, you’re probably well aware that are a lot of mobile suits and Gundams to cover in the entire series. Wouldn’t it be nice to have detailed information on each suit from every Gundam series?

Bandai Visual thought so and the company will be releasing seven monthly DVD/UMD releases starting on October 27. Expect to see about 200,000 copies overall, each DVD/UMD will feature the files and mecha database information, divided by timelines and eras, in an interactive menu.

Wedding Bells At The Feet Of Life-size Gundam?

Wedding Bells At The Feet Of Life-size Gundam?

The Sunrise studio announced on their site recently that it will host wedding ceremonies at the feet of the full-scale (18 meter tall) Gundam. The Green Tokyo Gundam Project is collaborating with Take and Give Needs wedding coordinators and famed wedding planner Akemi Ariga.

According to Anime News Network:

Not only have T&G and Ariga planned the weddings of many prominent performers, artists, and professional sports athletes, but they also planned the “wedding” of the Kenshiro and Yuria characters from the Fist of the North Star fighting action manga last September.

Take and Give Needs has been accepting application since July 16 and will stop accepting them after July 26. Couples who send in the application must schedule their ceremonies before August 31. The company is also willing to help host anniversaries, too.

Take Photo Of Yourself On Full-scale Gundam’s Shoulder

Take Photo Of Yourself On Full-scale Gundam's Shoulder

How would you like to have a photo of yourself standing on one of the full-scale Gundam’s shoulder? Sounds like a pretty cool idea, doesn’t it? Japan is auctioning that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity right now, and the highest bid has been at least 801,000 yen! That’s at least $8,500 USD.

The winner will have his or her photo taken during the Tokyo Olympic bid ceremony, where they will be adding the Tokyo 2016 Candidate City logo onto the Gundam itself.

Flash Game ‘Gundam Fighter’ Is Fun

Flash Game 'Gundam Fighter' Is Fun

If you’re bored and looking for something to do to pass some time, check out Gundam Fighter. As the title implies, it’s a fighting game featuring Gundam pilots from almost the entire Gundam series.

You’ll probably notice that there are more SEED and 00 pilots than the Universal Century era, but it’s okay. Although you control the pilots, they do use part of their Gundam to perform aerial and special attacks. For example, imagine Kira using the wings from Freedom Gundam to swing his saber beam in mid-air.

Now that you have an idea about it, why not give it try now? Just go to http://kenkoudaa.sakura.ne.jp/page204.html to start.
