Who is Animexchanges?

Animexchanges is a Website with a small team of authors who not only love anime (Japanese animation) but the Japanese culture as well. We didn’t create Animexchanges to inform you otaku what you already know. No, Animexchanges is a place for anime fans to help other fans. To be more specific, the Website will become the one place where anime fans can visit and exchange information regarding anime and everything else that involves the Japanese culture.

Why not just focus on anime?

We wouldn’t be any different from the thousands of other anime Websites if we did. Our goal is to help anime fans find information about their favorite anime series. The information includes who created the series, which Jpop artist or group sings the opening and ending theme, where to find merchandise, if it’s licensed, and so much more. More importantly, we hope to spark an interest in the Japanese culture.

Many of us in Animexchanges believe that in order to truly appreciate anime we need to understand why and how the Japanese create one great series after another. You may find plenty of information that can help you become an otaku, too! Who knows, you may even be able to use us to help you with your homework. One can only dream.

Finally, if you have a question you can’t seem to find an answer anywhere feel free to ask us. We’ll be more than happy to help you out.
